21 Bible Verses for Children’s Ministry Workers

Jesus cared greatly for children, and it is the responsibility of parents and the church to make sure that children are taught about the Gospel and who God is. Even when God gave Moses the Law in the Old Testament, He made provisions in the law that made sure children would be taught about the God and what it meant to keep His laws. Even though it can some times be tiring, discouraging, or difficult to stay consistent in Children’s Ministry, the work is both honoring to God and beneficial to His Kingdom.

Deuteronomy 6:7
You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.

Proverbs 22:6

New Testament

Matthew 9:37–38
