Justification is one of the major themes throughout all of Scripture. As fallen people living in sin, justification is only available because Christ took death on behalf of those who put their faith in Him. Without this gift, there is no way to become justified in the sight of God. Scripture provides evidence of this reality, and reinforces the security believers have in going before God as sons and daughters in faith.

What Does the Bible Say About Justification?

Genesis 15:6
And he believed the Lord, and he counted it to him as righteousness.

John 1:12
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God,

John 2:24
Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
